캐시된 자격 증명은 Shield 버전 8.x.x 이상에서 암호화됩니다. GPK(General Purpose Key)는 Shield에서 생성되고 8.x.x 이상 Dell Security Management Server(이전 Dell Data Protection | Enterprise Edition 서버) 또는 Dell Security Management Server Virtual(이전 Dell Data Protection | Virtual Edition).

캐싱된 자격 증명 암호화

TPM은 다음과 같은 조건에 따라 암호화에 사용됩니다.

• TPM 드라이버를 설치해야 합니다.
• Shield는 TPM의 소유권을 소유할 수 있어야 합니다.
• 컴퓨터는 Dell 브랜드여야 합니다.

관리형 실드는 TPM 및 DPAPI 모두에 대해 Dell Security Management Server 또는 Virtual Server v8.x 이상에서 활성화해야 합니다. 그렇지 않으면 캐싱된 자격 증명 암호화가 사용되지 않으며 Shield는 모든 운영 체제 플랫폼에서 사용할 수 있는 시스템 DPAPI를 사용합니다. Dell Security Management Server 버전이 8.x 이전인 경우 TPM 또는 DPAPI를 사용하지 않는 유일한 방법입니다(이 기간 전에는 Dell Security Management Server Virtual을 사용할 수 없음).
