症狀

即使确认正确的代理程序密码后，代理程序也无法在 DPA 应用程序服务器中进行注册。通过修改配置文件，将代理程序置于“Debug Low”。
  1. 停止代理程序。
  2. 复制 dpaagent_config.xml
(\emc\dpa\agent\etc\dpaagent_config.xml)
  1. 编辑 dpaagent_config.xml，并将日志记录级别从“Info”设置为“Debug Low”：
Debug Low
  1. 保存文件。
  2. 启动代理程序。
在代理程序日志中观察到以下内容：     
DBG2 6836.7608 20210310:140114 agent.config - registerAgentProcess(): HTTP response code is 403
ERR  6836.7608 20210310:140114 agent.config - registerAgentProcess(): No response data
ERR  6836.7608 20210310:140114 agent.config - initAgentConfig(): Failed to register agent 

原因

“HTTP 403 Forbidden”（HTTP 403 禁止）客户端错误状态响应代码表示服务器理解请求但拒绝授权。

Windows 操作系统中配置了 Internet 代理。

在主机上，运行以下命令以确认是否配置了代理：      
c:\> netsh winhttp show proxy
Current WinHTTP proxy settings:
Proxy Server(s) : proxy.customerdomain.com:8080

解析度

  1. 删除代理配置：      
c:\> netsh winhttp reset proxy
  1. 重新启动 DPA 代理程序。      
  2. 通过检查 dpaagent.log 确认代理程序已注册：
INFO 6836.7608 20210310:150114  agent.config - initAgentConfig(): Agent has successfully registered with the server

现在，您应该可在 GUI 上的 Data Collection > Agents 中看见它。
请记住将代理程序日志记录级别设置回“Info”。
