原因
在 Tomcat 日志的 localhost 日志文件中发现错误

LDAP 错误代码 49 表示身份验证错误，该错误会导致在 SRM GUI 中丢失配置的 LDAP 设置
已发现使用旧的 LDAP 服务器名称错误配置了领域配置。
