症狀

A customer wants to upgrade to 10.2 but when latest image is selected from UI, it is still 10.1 even though the latest version is 10.2.

原因

The VSI 10.2 image was not published so it is not supported to upgrade from an older version using the UI. However, it can be download manually by the customer.
