Rocky Linux 기반 Live OS 환경에서
서버를 부팅하는 동안 아래 옵션디버그 로그가 활성화된 상태에서 Dell SupportAssist 로그/TSR 보고서를 시작하려면 아래 명령을 실행합니다.
Dell SupportAssist 수집이 완료되면 /var/data 폴더를 클릭하여 TSR 보고서를 검토하거나 전송합니다.
TSR 보고서는 연결된 USB 스틱으로 전송하거나 네트워크를 사용하여 공유할 수 있습니다.
