Introduction to Dell EMC OpenManage Intergration and Dell EMC Server Management Pack suite version 7.1.1 for Microsoft System Center Operations Manager
This document describes the activities that you can perform with the Dell EMC OpenManage Integration version 7.1.1 for Microsoft System Center for Operations Manager (SCOM) using OMIMSSC and DSMPS version 7.1.1 for Operations Manager.
The Dell EMC OMIMSSC v7.1 is an appliance based solution packaged in a vhd file which can be deployed as a Virtual Machine. For more information, see Overview of OMIMSSC.
The Dell EMC OMIMSSC v7.1.1 is a service pack update.
NOTE: This patch v7.1.1 can be applied on appliance v7.1.
The integration of Dell EMC OpenManage Integration with System Center Operations Manager 2019, System Center Operations Manager 1807, System Center Operations Manager 1801, System Center Operations Manager 2016, System Center Operations Manager 2012 R2, System Center Operations Manager 2012 SP1, environment allows you to manage, monitor, and also ensure the availability of the required Dell EMC devices.
CAUTION: To avoid data corruption, data loss, or both; perform the procedures
in this document only if you have proper knowledge and experience
in using Microsoft Windows operating system and System Center Operations Manager 2019 or System Center Operations Manager 1807 or System Center Operations Manager 1801 or System Center Operations Manager 2016 or System Center Operations
Manager 2012 R2.
