Procedure

  1. Open the side-chassis.

  2. Disconnect the data cable and the power cable from the hard drive.
  3. Press the tabs on the hard-drive assembly and slide the hard- drive assembly out of the side-chassis.

  4. Spread apart the hard-drive bracket from one edge and lift the hard drive up.
  5. Spread apart the hard-drive bracket to slide and remove the hard drive.
    • NOTE: Note the orientation of the hard drive so that you can replace it correctly.
