Removing the hard drive assembly

  1. Follow the procedure in Before Working Inside Your Computer.
  2. Remove the cover.
  3. To remove the hard drive assembly:
    1. Press the blue tabs on both sides of the hard drive assembly [1].
    2. Push the hard drive assembly to release it from the computer [2].
    3. Remove the hard drive assembly from the computer [3].
