Installing the Optical Drive

  1. Tighten the screws to secure the optical-drive bracket to the optical drive.
  2. Insert the optical-drive into its slot.
  3. Tighten the screw to secure the optical-drive to the computer.
  4. Install:
    1. back cover
    2. stand
  5. Follow the procedures in After Working Inside Your Computer.
