Removal
Side Cover
Identify the side cover highlighted in blue.
Loosen the captive screw that secures the side cover to the chassis.
Pull the release latch to release the cover from the chassis.
Lift the side cover from the chassis.
Powered GPU
Identify the powered GPU highlighted in blue.
Disconnect the power cables from the connector on the powered GPU and the power supply unit.
Slide the release latch on the graphics card holder and lift it out of the chassis.
Lift the pull tab to open the PCIe door.
Push and hold the securing tab on the graphics card slot.
Remove the powered GPU away from the graphics card slot.
Install
Powered GPU
Identify the powered GPU location highlighted in blue.
Lift the pull tab to open the PCIe door.
Align the powered GPU with the PCI Express card connector on the system board.
Using the alignment post, place the powered GPU in the connector and press down firmly.
Close the PCIe door.
Slide the release latch on the graphics card holder and insert it into the slot until it clicks to place.
Connect the two power cables, to the connectors on the powered GPU and power supply unit.
Side Cover
Identify the side cover location highlighted in blue.
Locate the tabs on the side cover and slots on the chassis.
Tighten the captive screw to secure the side cover to the chassis.
