Removing the PCIe cage door

About this task

Steps

  1. Open the system
  2. Locate the PCIe cage door release tab on the PCIe cage.
  3. Push the release tab toward the front of the system, and lift the cage door from the enclosure.
  4. Angle the cage door and slide it toward the back of the system to disengage the tabs on the door from the chassis slots, and remove the door from the enclosure.
