Removing the antenna routing bracket

Steps

  1. Follow the procedures in Before Working Inside Your Computer.
  2. Remove:
    1. battery
    2. base cover
  3. To remove the antenna routing bracket:
    1. Disconnect all the wireless antenna cables from the connectors [1].
    2. Unroute the antenna cables from the routing channel [2].
    3. Remove the screws that secure the bracket [3].
    4. Lift and remove the antenna routing bracket from the computer chassis [4].
