Removing the keyboard control board

1. Follow the procedure in Before Working Inside Your Computer.
2. Remove the:
   1. battery
   2. base cover
   3. keyboard
   4. hard drive
   5. docking board
   6. memory module
   7. heatsink
   8. ExpressCard
   9. GPS module
   10. card bracket
   11. antenna routing bracket
   12. WLAN card
   13. WWAN card
   14. SIM board
   15. system board
3. To remove the keyboard control board:
   1. Remove the screws that secure the keyboard control board [1].
   2. Lift and remove the keyboard control board module from the computer [2].
