Was thinking about doing that. Do you know the part # of the cooler they use in the A51? I would prefer going OEM if I could. Found a couple on ebay that look the same but I'm not sure if they are. Is there anything else required or do I just buy it and connect it?
That eBay vrassets link - $29 each - if indeed new as listed = awesome deal; buy one & install it, using the correct included 20xx ring (lga 2011 2011-v3 2066) = simple & cheap solution; if ok, go back for a 2nd as a spare if u wish. Otherwise K31VH is the OEM R2 model that would work on the R4 R5 2066 board; contact Dell (or watch eBay) for NVDDX

It’s going to be tough because you would need to get info on all Dell’s SKU.
May I suggest you just buy it and then slap on an AIO cooler if it is devoid of one?

edit: All 51s are liquid cooled, this shouldnt be an issue in need of a solution
R2 = K31VH or H4TYR (slightly older gen Asetek 27mm circa 2014)
R4/R5 = NVDDX (newer gen Asetek 27mm circa 2017)
Pan down page > i9-7900 OC2 fun with cooling
