There's a cr2032 battery on the motherboard behind the gpu. That's why unplugging the pc from the wall doesn't clear the cmos unless the battery is completely dead. You need to remove the battery too.
I tried to start mine after a while stored in a box, I changed the boot priority, putting my operating systems before the network boot, and it fixed the problem.
im having black screen issues with mine as well. and wonder if this would solve my problem? i had my pc unplugged for months because i was doing upgrades for my computer corner slowly and i did install crucial ps5 nand nvme 2tb ssd and had to remove the graphics card and i believe i installed it back in correctly but i might of done something and my pc is turning on fine with no flashing lights on the front but just not getting any display signal

Back to some free things to do to the computer--
Take a gander at this post regarding the procedure for resetting the CMOS--https://www.dell.com/community/Alienware-Desktops/Area-51-repair/td-p/7771850https://www.dell.com/community/Alienware-Desktops/Area-51-repair/td-p/7771850
Your battery should be new enough it doesn't need to be replaced, but the reset procedure might help.
And check your service manual for your R11 battery location if you can't find it.

Just to make sure it's the computer that has the problem, is there something else you can plug into your monitor?
Laptop, game console...you don't want to start taking the computer apart if the problem is with the monitor.

Darnit, just tried, still stuck sadly. Also thank you for the welcome home wishes. Tech issues aside, feels great to be back at home.
