Aurora R11, issues with order, wrong/missing items

Question

So I bought one of my first, what I would claim, power gaming PC. R11, i9, 2080 super and the 510k keyboard and 610M mouse. Delivery took just over 3 weeks, in a pandemic was ok. Received 2 packages day 1, PC missing power cord and a new mouse. Then I got the keyboard the next day. It is a US style keyboard. Meaning with the UK selected, some keys are in different locations and I have to always remember, for example, where my @ key is (on the US keyboard it's on the ' key). I also didn't get any paperwork. I would expect something, invoice, cheat sheet, manual or something. Paying what I would say a premium to go with Dell and not the cheaper other companies, I would have thought the purchase would have been a good experience, but I feel like they just built it, chucked it in a box and winged it out, forgetting to even add the power lead in. Keyboard, off the shelf, don't care what country it was made for. Right now my experience has been very poor. I now fear that should anything go wrong with the PC it may be a nightmare to get any help. Though either way, the after sales service is barely a 0/10 - non existent and the two tickets I raised (1 for missing power lead the other for the US keyboard) I haven't had a response. Not impressed

Did you check to see that your order confirmation email lists a uk version for the keyboard. Even using Dell's UK site selection it seems to show the US layout being offered for sale:
