Since your warranty is over I'd perform a fresh install of Windows 10 from MS. Create a bootable drive(MS) and delete all partitions on the C-drive and reinstall Windows 10. Windows 11 may be having trouble with some NVME ssds. I'm back to Windows 10 after using W11.
I've already run built in diagnostics and everything was fine. When I reinstalled os in recovery it went to 100% on first part then got to 2% on second part (installation I think) then went blank again!

If you could install the OS again then the issue is not with the video card output or the monitor.
I would suggest running the Built-in Diagnostics and see if you get any error codes

If the on board recovery option does not work, try the bootable USB recovery option: Alienware Recovery USB
