Aurora R14, slow and internet does not work
So I recently got an Aurora R14 (about last month). I have never powered it on until today, so it's not like it is a thing with the pc being old. I cloned the hard drive from my old pc (which is an old all-in-one) to my r14, It now runs windows 10 just like I planned, but it is very laggy when playing games that worked fine on my old pc, and for some games it says something like "dx11 is outdated, update to 10.0". Once again those games worked on my old pc, albeit laggy but at least they opened. And the last flaw I've seen is the internet just not working, I know it's not an issue with my router because when I view my internet devices, they all have red crosses by them and it says they aren't working, I even paid extra for the killer wifi thing. If someone could help me this this then I will be very grateful, this is a $2000+ rig

cloning your old hard drive to your new computer is not something I would recommend. It's best to have a clean install and install apps from scratch and do a clean data transfer. Yes, it's time consuming but it also ensures you have a clean install with no driver issues. it's likely that your cloned hard drive will show many devices with no correct drivers installed. Look under device manager in the computer management view.

You should never have cloned it. You are using the wrong drivers, chipset drivers from your previous system. That is why you have poor performance and things don’t work. If your system shipped with Windows 11 and you cloned a Windows 10 drive, that would make matters even worse.
As the previous poster suggested, you absolutely need to backup any data, format the drive and install Windows 11. If you don’t have a copy of Windows 11, you can download it directly from Microsoft and create a bootable USB stick using the Microsoft Media Creation Tool.

Cloning an old PC and slapping it into a new one and thinking you're good to go isn't going to work the way you want it. Your poor performance and things not working is because of that

ALIENWARE AURORA RYZEN™ EDITION R14 GAMING DESKTOP is not going to have same chipset or design as an old PC. Cloning is not supported by Microsoft or Dell. This is the policy for decades since WINDOWS NT from 1995.
Microsoft policy for Cloning windows installations
systems that are prepared by using the Sysprep utility and then imaged are supported.

That will not work properly. You cannot clone from one PC to another PC, unless they are both identical systems with identical hardware.
I am surprised it booted in the first place. Since you hopefully kept the original PC, you should have a backup of the cloned system you put on your R14 with all the data on it.
I would suggest to ensure you have a full backup of all your data, and reinstall the original OS for your R14.
Please follow these steps to ensure you get all the proper software and drivers for your R14: Factory installation Windows 10/11

When I read what the OP did, I too was quite surprised the R14 booted at all.

Actually, I'm not surprised that a cloned win 10 disk would boot up in another completely different computer. There's enough base driver functionality that it'll boot but be missing a lot of the chipset and misc drivers specific to the new box. Though it boots, trying to resolve all the driver conflicts will leave wierd artifacts in the installation where it's just better to start from scratch.
