Frequent Crashing on the Alienware R11
My PC keeps freezing then crashing due to one game I play in specific. After every crash I check the event viewer and I get roughly the same 3 -4 error codes. I have already restored my PC to factory settings once. It crashes once to twice and hour. Please help. I am using an Alienware R11 with dual 2080ti's. The error codes are below...

Would that game that cause crashes be an online game? That first file is related to Smartbyte. So the first step is to uninstall Smartbyte and then if it still shows in Task Manager, disable it. This web page has specifics about KNDBWM.exe.
