Unable to install Win10 on new Samsung evo 960 M2 nvme primary drive
On Aurora R7, I physically detached 1tb 7200 hd and added Samsung evo 960 500gb M2 drive, **bleep** it in as well. Started computer, clicked f2 to go into bios. Main section says:
M.2 PCIe SSD: Samsung SSD 960 EVO
500GB-(S0) 500GB
I disabled SecureBoot.
Boot List option is set to UEFI. I have Win10 media on usb stick. After restarting the Win10 installation begins. I select custom. However, “where do you want to install Windows?” shows no drives. What am I missing?
I don’t see AHCI listed anywhere.

1. I knew it was there somewhere (but I just have an Aurora-R6 to look at).
2. Good work.
3. NO. Leave it on AHCI. DO-NOT install Intel-RST inside Windows.
Yes, you can turn SecureBoot back on in BIOS. Run msinfo32 to check it's true status.

AHCI should be there somewhere in BIOS. Sounds like it's instead (incorrectly) set to RAID.
Be sure SSD is completely blank.
All the rest sounds fine.

It was in Advanced / SATA Operation
Got it installed, thanks. Should I change it back to RAID along with turning secureboot back on?
