Alienware 13 windows installation problem

Hello,

I have a problem with my alienware 13.

First I had windows 8.1 on it.and after a while it had BSOD and I couldn't start windows anymore.so I decided to install windows 10 on it.I did the installation but the first time it got stuck on "getting ready" for a while.but I did another install and it was ok.but then it would freeze randomly so I had to hold the power button to shut it down and start again.so I decided to install the windows again.but I cannot install it.it freezes on installation part.I have tried many methods(PXE,Bootable usb) but nothing works.

What could be the problem?
