Alienware 17 Bulging Case
I have had an Alienware 17 laptop for 1 year now and I just noticed that on the underside of the laptop approximately below the upper left corner of the mouse arena something has caused the case to bulge and crack. I have no idea what the inner workings are of this laptop, but if I was to speculate, it almost looks like one of those defective Samsung batteries that have been swelling and exploding in Cell phones. Does anyone know what component might be at that location and what might be happening? Thanks

Exact model and picture of this would be required.
There are no battery's in the upper left corner.

Thank you. I decided to open the case myself, and the solution was simple. A locking tab had previously broken, and somehow got lodged between the case and the components. I removed the broken tab and everything is fine now. Sorry for the trouble but thanks for the reply.
