Alienware M11x R3 Issues

I recently wiped my laptop to clean it up a little bit, and after doing so i realized my wireless card doesn't want to work.

I've tried almost everything there is including the WiMAX driver, and almost all of the Interl drivers.

My laptop doesn't pickup and wireless signals or show that it even has the capability to do so.

If anyone has some sort of help, i'd greatly appreciate it.
