Alienware M17X Question

Can someone please tell me why my Scroll lock and Num lock lights are blinking while my Caps lock light (even though caps lock is not on) is on solid?

Is there some kind of document somewhere that indicates what this means? I'm assuming combinations of those three indicator lights being in solid on, solid off, or blinking states indicate varying issues. I've looked everywhere, inclding using the search function here and I can't find anything.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
