Alienware M17X R5 Keyboard issues

Just last night i was playing a game when all of a sudden i noticed i was losing the function of a few of my keyboard keys, specifically the D,F, B, N, and M keys. They stopped working all together today but i was able to get the S key to work a few times if i popped the key off and pushed down on the trigger with my finger but thats about it. I've tried re-downloading the drivers, as well as leaving it powered off . I really don't know what else to do at this point. Any suggestions?
