Alienware M17x-R3 Beeping Noises

Hi,

I have an Alienware M17x-R3, I've already sent emails to a Dell Tech Support. I have been told many times that a technician has been contacted and would contact me. This was July 05, 2012. It has been over two months. I wanted to know if anyone has any suggestions? Or if a technician would read this. I have tried calling several times only having to wait for nearly one hour. My warranty for my alienware is now running out of time! The problem is: I was just searching on my computer looking for a file when a blue screen appeared. After it shut down own its own, I tried starting it up again only to find that it was making beeping noises (4 beeps) and a blank black screen.

here are the alienware beep codes.

1   Possible motherboard failure - BIOS ROM checksum failure

         2   (*)No RAM detected.

3   Possible motherboard failure - chipset error

         4   RAM read/write failure

         5   Real Time Clock failure

         6   Video card failure

         7   Processor Failure

i would take out ram modules if you can put them into different slots try that, try installing just one into each slot and then the other, you may have a bad ram module or it may have dust on it etc.
