Alienware R17 R3 no sound after waking from sleep
When my laptop wakes up from sleep, the sound no longer works. A reboot does fix it, but this happens often enough that I need a solution.
The BIOS and speaker drivers (Sound Blaster Recon3Di) are up to date as of this posting (25 Sep.2016)

Hi,
Doesn't matter if the driver is up to date, reinstall the latest BIOS driver and restart. Then go to Device Manager uninstall the audio driver (restart) and reinstall it from our website. Finally reinstall the video driver.
