Alienware X51 R2 graphics problem Please Help
Hello,
This mostly happens at start up and sometimes during the day, it leaves me with no way of shutting down except to unplug it. Sometimes the pc starts up with the old windows look and i have to restart it and hope it uses the windows 7 look . This pc had graphics issues since the first day it arrived and a technician came and changed the card. I'll put my system information below. I hope someone can help. I have tried updating the drivers and running diagnostic/fixing tools.

Not sure how to fix this but here is a tip-- This is important-- to turn off a stuck/frozen computer it is better to press and hold down the power button until everything shuts off. Pulling the plug is the worst way and can cause damage to the computer.

Try checking the internal hardware connections, and if you know how take the CPU out and put it back in, maybe something was put in wrong during assembly.
