Alienware x51 startup repair loop

So I have had this computer  for about 2 years, maybe 2 an a half. I've never had this issue till i did a factory restore on it because i had viruses and it was just really slow. after the restore was done, it was working fine and as soon i started the updates my computer restarted and the startup repair showed up. i did the repair, didnt work. did the last restore point and nothing. i cant do the backup image becoz i cant find the cd. i tried to go into safe mode and it wouldnt even do that. I need help! this is really annoying and would just like to get this fixed. oooh and it started making a beeping noise that i have never heard come out of it if that helps anything.
