Aurora not loading
Hi,
I just bought the Aurora Desktop about 3 months about and now I'm getting this problem. When I turn on the PC I hear the fans running, the lights come on however I hear 6 beeping sounds and the PC doesn't load. I'm a bit shocked that I'm getting problems already with this since I spent a lot of money to specifically get the Alienware brand for my gaming. Anyway just looking for some advice on what the problem may be.

6 beeps = Video Card Failure
* Turn the PC off
* Unplug the power cord from the back of the PC
* Lay the PC down on its side
* Remove the case cover
* Remove and reseat the video card in the motherboard slot
* Remove and reseat the the video card power supply leads
* Close the case cover
* Reconnect the PC power cord
* Power the PC on

I called tech support and we did that but the problem is still continuing.....When I play WoW it also freezes during play....but i'll try it again
