BLACK SCREEN WHEN HIGH PERFORMANCE GPU SELECTED- !!!!PLEASE HELP!!!!

I noticed my laptop was going all fuzzy, and flickering different colors. I took a video of It while it was doing it. Ill see if I can upload it so you can see. while it was flickering I pluged in my tv monitor to the HDMI port on my laptop and it stopped the fuzz for a few seconds then it would start back up again(as shown in video). Eventually after fuzzing for a couple minutes strait my laptop screen eventually just went black. So I plugged the HDMI cord back in to see if it would work on my TV monitor, and it worked Fine. So the problem is that when I have my High performance gpu selected this happens. But when I select the Power Saving GPU the laptop monitor is Fine. I assumed the problem was with my Radeon HD 6900M gpu card, But my TV Monitor works fine while selected to it. It cant be a problem with the laptop screen cause it works fine while on Power Saving Mode. . PLEASE NOTE!! My screen isn't going fuzzy anymore, only at first it was.Now it is doing Black Screen Only. I have another video showing the black screen.
