Placed an order for an Aurora R6 on 5/31 and my order is still sitting in Confirmed status.

Every time I call and speak to someone their reply is different. I was even told once last week that my order is ready and will ship the following day, obviously that wasn't true. I paid for expedited shipping and the delivery dates were from 6/9 - 6/12 (today). I've been on other forums and reddit with some people have reported receiving their orders or being shipped. Is there anything I can do? Feel like I'm just getting the run around or "I can't do anything" from everyone I talk to. Very frustrating..
