FN malfunction.

I have Alienware 15 2015.

When I press FN+F2 button (Which's function is to switch on/off the wireless network) isn't responsible.

Can you guys help me with that?

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Do the other function keys respond? Try reinstalling the OSD application.

All other functions are working just fine except for this particular one.

I also tried to uninstall/reinstall OSD, but it made no change.

Hi,

Are you showing any errors in Device Manager? Are you running the latest Bios version for this system?

How to test if I'm getting errors or that if the system is running the latest BIOS?

Hi,

Open your Device Manager window and check if there are yellow exclamation marks on any of the drivers. To check your Bios version, open the MSINFO32 window and check in the middle, it should show the Bios version.

There's a yellow exclamation mark on Airplane Mode Switch.

My BIOS version is Alienware 06, 7/24/2015. Isn't that the latest?

Thank in advance
