Factory Restore from USB stick freezes
I have an Alienware M14X I've been trying to restore to factory state. I have the Dell usb stick and i can boot to it but when the factory restore screen comes on it stays on checking pc. I left it on overnight and it still in the same spot. Last time I used it it went pretty quick. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
