decided to reset my pc(like the recycle option) and now it's stucked at "Resetting this pc 17%" for 12 hours now, what should I do?

You may still restart it and check if it boots back into your old Windows. If it doesn't, you can always try the clean install option.[View:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qui6IxJ_sSY:550:0]
