Help.. restored my x51... but didnt back up anything..

So lately my computer was really slow..downloaded anti malware.. had avast.. ccleaner.. still didnt fix the problem..

So I restored my computer thinking it will go back to factory settings... poped in the window 7 cd.. and then the other cd that came with the compter... but it will just a recover untility cd.. doesnt actually install all the stuff that came with the computer..

I've been downloading the stuff on that cd.. but my computer seems like its missing alot of stuff...

what should I do?? I dont even know what to download.. and as you can see I am not a computer genius..

Frustrated right now.. plz help.
