Horizontal lines appearing randomly on monitor (Alienware 17 R3)
Hi everyone, I got my AW 17 R3 2 days ago and I noticed from the very beginning that there were horizontal lines appearing randomly on my AW 17 r3 monitor. Even I am not playing games It happens. I have no idea what is the problem is. If someone could help me with this that would be much appreciated.

Hi,
Try running an ePSA/Diagnostic test on the system, click here to view a Dell article that explains how to run this test. Let me know if you receive any errors.
Also try connecting an external monitor or TV, so you can check if the same thing happens on the external one. This will help us know if the issue is related to hardware or software.
