How to contact Alienware Management
Hi I am a first time poster in this forum that is at the end of his rope with his x51.
The story is as follows I bought the x51 over a year and a half ago and for the first 6 months it worked fine! Until eventually I started getting black screens and restarts while gaming. I contacted technical support and had a technican sent to to replace the card which was fine, until a month later when it started again.
Without stringing the events out any further I am still sitting here with the same problem a year later, and have had 4 technician visits, 5 new graphics cards, 2 power bridges, 1 new power supply and it has been in the repair center twice! Not to mention the countless hours spending lord knows how much on the technical support phone number to try solve it from the software side.
So basically I'm done with it! And I want to escalate this, but after e-mailing Alienware Management and getting a receipt to say that my mail had been read I haven't heard from anyone or even been acknowledged in 2 days!
I feel I have been extremely patient with this and I am beginning to think the only way to get this sorted is to take Dell/Alienware to the small claims court as I have been sold a £1100 paperweight that was marketed as a gaming PC and isn't fit for purpose.
Basically what I want is the contact information of someone in the Alienware management who will read my e-mail and do something about it before I have to take legal action which nobody really wants.
Thanks for replies in advance
