Light on the Alienhead (on the front of the chassis) on my Aurora R4 won't light up when it is off.
Hey,
The title explains it. The sides and bottom lights up just fine, but the Alienhead does not.
I literally just bought this computer, and it's been great so far, please help!

I would advise you to update the command center application on the system using the link below to check if the lights comeback on your Alienware system.
