New Alienware X51- optical drive keeps ejecting disk

My PC which arrived yesterday keeps ejecting my dvds.

It makes it really hard to install software on my new PC.

Also, its really hard to find a contact email page, except for the PAID SUPPORT page.

My optical drive is defective.  Having to pay for support is crazy.

I opened the case and took the CD out.  It was quite flimsy, and might have been just a little tiny bit twisted.

I used the CD without putting it back into the computer and it worked.

Then, I was extremely careful to not twist it at all putting it back in.

I've since used it to install 3 CD based programs.

I did have it eject again like before one time, but since then, it has not happened again.

It was repeatable at least 10 times before reinstalling the CD.

This was a pain in the ***.  It's too bad I had to do this for a brand new computer.

This is my 4th Dell or Alienware desktop, and the first time I've had a problem like this.
