X51 R3 Upgrade Question
I would like to use OEM parts to avoid bios issues so can anyone please confirm the RAM part number in the 16GB model please? The part number for the 8GB model is M378A5143DB0-CPB according to this owner's post.
Also, will the bios handle Samsung SM951? I would like to install windows off the recovery drive that comes with the pc so I can use the alienware software.

Hi,
Just to confirm, are you asking if we offer a single 16GB RAM stick? If you are, we do not offer them, just the 8GB ones. Yes, the Bios should be able to handle that drive.

Sorry there is a mistake in my OP, I meant that an owner already posted the part number for the 4GB M378A5143DB0-CPB, and I would like to know the part number for the 8GB stick as I would like to purchase 2 of them so I can upgrade to 16 GB.
Also, is it possible to swap the RAM without having to remove the CPU cooler, its hard to tell if there is enough space from photos.

If it is Samsung SM951 in Nvme, it will not work in boot drive Windows...
I possess one and ill no boot not no above...

What size is yours 256 or 500? Also if you have 16gb can you confirm the part number of the ram?
