alien respawn encountered a problem and needs to close
I keep getting the above message, never making it to the home screen, and wondering if anyone else has encountered the same problem. I have uninstalled and reinstalled...still same message. I have the premium version. I have found it buggy since day 1 of purchase, which was shortly after I purchased my Alienware 17 last July. It also does not recognize if I select "delay backup an hour". The box just keeps popping up. Of course now I am not even receiving that.

That's actually a tricky one.

I've got same problem..
