Make sure you have the latest Bios version and then try a power drain: Unplug every device from the system (including the AC Adapter, then disconnect the battery cable (as the picture below is showing) and then hold the power button for around one minute to drain all the power out.
Then uninstall and reinstall the latest version of the Command Center.
