I would download programs like a: antivirus, Malware scanner a spyware scanner, firewall program also do scans to see if you have infections. I would also install a copy of advanced system care to fix any corrupt files and it will, import security updates from windows if needed, as it sound more like a software problem. 

Reset your bios to defaults and then see if it turns off again.
