I reflashed the bios as you suggested but still long boot time...Im disappointed that I spent so much money on this computer when my 8 year old xps15 boots faster....Any other suggestions?
I know its not a Windows issue because of the amount of time its taking just to get to the Lock screen....Thank You for your assistance....
Fixed.....I enabled "Fast Start" by right clicking the battery icon and "choose what the power button does" then show setting that are "unavailable" then checking "fast start"... Now its less than 15 seconds on a "Cold Boot".....

Hi,
Did you try re-flashing the Bios with the same version? If not, try doing that to confirm if there is any improvement in the boot times.
