15 R4, touchpad not working?
Hi
The touchpad of my Alienware 15 R4 laptop suddenly stopped working. I have tried to troubleshoot using FX tester but couldn’t found anywhere in the directory. Also I cannot do FN+Tpad option.

Different model, but same thing happen with me. FN+T-Pad is not working however, rest of the key are working with FN.
I have tried to update the touchpad driver and it says updated. I uninstalled and installed again. How can I update the BIOS?
