If same problem cannot be fixed on three separate occasions it is Dell policy to provide replacement system, that is at least the same specification or better than your Alienware 17 R4 system. But on this occasion, there are no replacement parts for the third occasion.
Please visit your online Dell account to create Service Request so that Dell Support 'officially' knows there is a problem to fix. Dell has assigned a local contractor to install replacement parts. When Dell cannot provide replacement parts, they are in breach of Dell warranty and a replacement laptop should be provided. Please request escalation of your Formal Complaint to senior Dell tier that has authority to authorise replacement laptop asap.
Hi @pankurajpal thank you for sharing additional information that Alienware 17 R4 is now out of warranty. But was it in warranty when third repair was required, and Dell said there are no replacement parts? Have you taken a copy of all your information that is on the Alienware 17 R4 ?
Seemingly your options include: -
(1) If technically competent, you could buy and install the "Alienware 17 R4 DC Power Input Jack Plug with Cable DP/N 0K5M1"
