m17 R1, Thermal and Overclock buttons not working

Bleh I have tried all of this and nothing is working. I'm tempted to do remote assist because I've already wasted 15+ hours of time trying to fix the issue. When the AWCC initially stopped working, one of the Dell support folk in my message center gave me instructions on how to remove it completely. So I did that and reinstalled the most recent version as recommended by them in admin (note I am admin and this is admin account). It broke my realtek audio console and messed up my sound. Audio was working fine before doing this step by step AWCC removal and install process. Coincidence? Who knows, but whatever is wrong with the most recent version has royally messed up my $1200 laptop that I use for both work image processing/meetings and gaming. UGHHHHHHH!!!!!
