I used this code in cmd "powercfg /s SCHEME_MIN" but you need to have commandcenter closed, to check if the "HIGH PERFORMENCE" mode appears, write the command "powercfg /list" and the power modes will appear there.

Before our users can adequately assist in throubleshooting, you need to provide more data =
* Which specific Alienware model?
* What operating system?
* What version of AWCC is installed?
* What version of AWCC OC is installed?

I'd like to know this answer also all I see is balanced. You can add in a mode but it does not give you all options not sure what gives here.

type this into the command prompt after running it as an Administrator.
After that press the Windows key+R. Type “powercfg.cpl” and click on “OK“.
Click on the “High Performance” plan to select it.

Have you tried uninstalling this version? and then installing the version that came before this one?

you might be fooled by this "https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ME_2EkOgNfM", but open command center and try to make a new power profile and you are only able to select balanced.

I've had issues from the moment I opened the box of my X15. Things started fine, but once it updated whatever "synchronicity" the components once had is irreparably broken. AWCC displays my keyboard as Mechanical (it's not), won't illuminate some keys, some keys don't work, power plan is only balanced, stutters when video editing, sound quality is absolute garbage, even at low volume. These devices are clearly an issue with a company that turns a blind eye to quality control, longevity, brand image, customer service, etc.
Nice computers to look at, but absolutely garbage in every aspect of it's internal software and hardware compatibility. Within 2 hours of opening the box I was appauled, 72 hours later, and a tech visit to replace the Keyboard, motherboard, and speakers.
