13 R3, eBay, warranty transfer denied
Purchased an Alienware 13 R3 from a eBay dealer with 6 months of complete care warranty left. Why won't Dell let my transfer request be honored, it was a the same as buying from a private person.

Hi @wsnor Dell will not honour Warranty and Ownership Transfer until original owner confirms the transfer (or reports a stolen computer). The eBay vendor might not be the original owner. Send Private Message to @DELL-Cares to get their link and then send copy of your eBay invoice proof of ownership. Having made first contact you can then use the Dell Report an Unresolved Issue to ask for remedy.
